We ask for a minimum of 5-7 business days for processing, unless otherwise notified.
Please allow 7-14 business days for processing if you ordered during a sale or product launch & up to 4 weeks if you ordered during the Holiday Season.
Once processed, your order will be shipped & will take a minimum 3-5 business days to get to you, depending on the carrier & time of year.
Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, Monday through Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. If product is out of stock please allow 7-14 business days for products to be processed and shipped out. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
In the event of a shortage of a particular ingredient, you will be notified via email.
*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice.

No returns will be provided or discounts will be provided for missed sales.
Due to the nature of ButterFly BeYouT we are unable to accept returned products.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.
While several companies may discontinue or increase the price on shipping products such as body butter during the hot months, we will continue offering it and keep it at the same cost to you. It is one of our most popular products and we would hate for it to not be available to you.
We have made some accommodations to make shipping items that might melt during the months of June through October more feasible. All packages containing products that may melt and are shipped during high heat times will be packed with bubble wrap or other padding to add another layer of insulation. During hot weather we do our best to protect our products from melting in transit.
We check every product before it is packed for shipping. These products will also be shipped USPS Priority Mail so it can get to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Products will ONLY be shipped on a day that ensures the shortest travel time to you. This is to ensure that your package isn't sitting in a hot post office all weekend. We try our best to ship product out Monday through Friday for this reason.
We send the products on their way with the best chance we can offer for survival in the heat, but we can't control what happens once USPS drops it off to you. Mailboxes can get extremely hot in the summer, as can packages left out on a porch, in the sun, on a hot day.
We ask that you keep an eye on tracking so that you can grab your package as soon as it arrives or that you request it be shipped to your work location if no one will be home to take it out of the heat.
If your product does liquefy or gets soft, in spite of our efforts we have made to prevent it, no worries - a melted product has the exact same benefits and uses. Just leave your product at room temperature for a couple of hours or pop it in the fridge or freezer for a bit and it will go back to solid. It may look a little different (the texture will be more like a balm versus a fluffy, whipped butter and this will change the volume of the product) but it will have the same nourishing effects. It will still go on easily, sink in quickly and leave your skin feeling and smelling amazing.
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within five days of delivery, & we will ship a replacement item to you. You must send a photo of the damaged item/package to receive a replacement item.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.
ButterFly BeYouT does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
